      How do I replace the rollers?

      Removal and replacement instructions for changing out rollers

      • Remove the casters - Part #'s 2008 & 5263-4 
      • Next, the Tapping Bolt needs to be removed with a 1/2" socket - Part # 2023 (located inside the roller) 
      • Once the Tapping Bolt is removed, the next part to be removed is the steel roller raceway - Part # 2004-63. 
      • Remove roller by sliding off from Axel - Part # 2003-63. 
      • Once the removal is completed, the OEM parts can now be replaced the same way it was removed, we do recommend that Blue Thread Locker is used on the Tapping Bolt part # 2023.
