How do I start a warranty claim?

Under this Limited Product Warranty, Zendex products are warranted to be free of defects in material or workmanship under normal use for seven years from the date of sale to user. Zendex product warranties do not extend to products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers or distributors.

This Limited Product Warranty does not apply to products which have not been registered with Zendex, through Warranty Registration Link within 90 days from the date of purchase. This Limited Warranty does not apply to the product’s casters, which are subject to a one-year limited
warranty.

Any Zendex products or component, exclusive of the product’s casters, claimed to be defective during the warranty period must be returned directly to Zendex; transportation charges prepaid. The product must be properly tagged, stating nature of defect; customer’s name, address, date of purchase, and Zendex assigned RMA number included. Any product or component determined defective by Zendex Tool Corporation, due to normal use, will be repaired or replaced free of charge during the warranty period, and returned prepaid to customer.

This Limited Warranty is void if equipment has been subjected to neglect, misuse, lack of proper lubrication, careless operation, faulty or deficient service, or if it has been damaged by modification or repair by anyone other than Zendex Tool Corporation or a Zendex Tool Corporation authorized representative.
