As a wholesale customer, can I request my purchase order be expedited if I can't accept the standard lead time on wholesale orders?
At Zendex, we are dedicated to maintaining a reasonable and accurate lead time for our wholesale customers. Orders are typically processed in the order they are received, with some exceptions. Lead times can vary based on several factors but have historically ranged from 6-10 weeks, depending on the quantity and types of products ordered. If we are unable to fulfill your order in its entirety by the estimated time, we may opt to ship part of it to ensure a smooth fulfillment process.
If you need some or all of your order expedited to meet a specific customer's needs, we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, please understand that this may not always be possible without affecting other customers' lead times and our commitment to them. We kindly ask that expedite requests be made only when absolutely necessary and that you provide specific details on which items require early shipment. While we cannot guarantee that all requests can be fulfilled, we promise to be fair and make every effort to assist you.
